1. Digital Products (E-books & Video Training)

Due to the nature of digital products (instant access and downloadable content), all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once access to the digital product has been granted, except in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical failure preventing access (verified by our support team)

2. SEO Services

For SEO optimization and management services:

  • Refunds are not provided for work already completed

  • If a service has not yet started, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis

All service scopes and deliverables are clearly defined before work begins.

3. Subscription / Ongoing Services

If you are subscribed to an ongoing SEO management service:

  • You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle

  • No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period

Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first at:
