Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature

  2. Identification of the material that has been removed and its original location

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to error or misidentification

  4. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court

  5. Agreement to accept service of process from the original complaining party

Repeat Infringer Policy

Adfluence Networks maintains a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringement.
